Juanita moved to Trenton, New Jersey in 1950 and resided there until she moved to Ohio in 2015 to be closer to her family. Juanita is survived by her family that meant the world to her; she has eleven loving children: Manuel (Ibis), Juan A. (Elena), Jorge (Enieda), Josephine “Tita” (Jose “Papo”), Luis (Aracelis), Ramona (Cheo), Angelo (Cindy), Carmen (Edwin), Juanita (Ronnie), Vicky, and Jesus (Myra). She was preceded in death by a son, Pedro “Pete”. Juanita worked as a housekeeper at the Department of Taxation in New Jersey and worked for the Trenton Textile Company in New Jersey. She attended the Mercer County Community College for English courses. She was a member of the Episcopal Church in New Jersey and enjoyed singing as a director of the church choir. Juanita was a very happy-go-lucky woman that was typically seen with a smile on her face. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardening and BINGO, she was known as the “BINGO Queen”. Juanita was most happy when she was with her family, she loved when her family gathered for birthdays and backyard barbeques. She will be deeply missed by all.
