    Marjorie Mae Meeds-Gehm

    June 26, 1952 - February 12, 2022

    Marjorie Mae Meeds-Gehm, age 69, of Celina, passed away on February 12, 2022, at her home from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. She was born on June 26, 1952, in Celina to the late Paul & Mary (Hanna) Meeds. Marjorie is survived by her life partner of 21 years, Steve Hague of Celina; her children, Michael Gehm of Celina and Melissa Gehm (Fiancé, Daryl Connolly) of Rockford; Steve’s children, Jeff (Liz) Obringer, Melissa (Jerry) Burk, Kevin (Deidre) Hague, David (Angie) Hague, Dakota (Keith Noble) Hague, Katie (Dusty Messner) Hague, John (Jessica) Hague, Jeremy (Cindy) Hague, and Tim Hague; Grandchildren, Dustin Gehm, Isaac Connolly, Noah Connolly; one great grandchild, Paige Gehm; Steve’s twenty-four grandchildren & six great grandchildren; and one great grandchild who preceded Marjorie in death. Marjorie graduated from Celina High School and spent most of her life as a homemaker for her family. She was a member of the Lighthouse Fellowship Church in Celina where she was very active in preparing Wednesday night meals for bible study, church dinners that would come up and she was part of the kitchen committee. Family meant the world to Marjorie, she enjoyed spending time with her family and was loved by everyone. She had a true love for animals that included cats, dogs, and birds. She loved attending the waterdog trials and enjoyed feeding the birds and watching for the first red robin every spring. Marjorie also enjoyed flowers, specifically red roses, boating, motorcycle riding, and attending car shows and tractor shows. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Lighthouse Fellowship Church in Celina. Funeral service will follow at the church at 12:00 pm with Pastor Tony Richmond officiating. Interment will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lighthouse Fellowship Church. Cisco Funeral Homes of Celina & St. Marys are honored to care for Marjorie and her family.
