Diane Zenz, 70, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, passed away on June 8, 2026, at St. Rita's Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Born on February 23, 1956, Diane was the daughter of George and on Vivian (Tangeman) Zenz. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Hazel Zenz; her sister, Linnie (Jane) Zenz & sister in law, Carolyn Zenz.

Diane is survived by her brother, Ronald Zenz, Wapakoneta; her nieces, Lorina (Troy) King, Columbus Grove and April (Andrew Chaney) Albers, St. Marys; great niece Audrey Albers; as well as many cousins, friends, neighbors, and all who were blessed to know her.

In her younger years, Diane proudly served her country in the United States Navy. She was a devoted member of Northtowne Church in Sidney, Ohio, and her faith remained an important part of her life.

Diane will be remembered for her caring and giving spirit. She was an exceptional caregiver, especially to her sister, Jane, whom she lovingly cared for over the years. Diane found joy in doing thoughtful, special things for others and quietly touched many lives through her kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. Though she lived a simple life, the impact to of her compassion and love will be felt for years to come.

Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys, Ohio, has been entrusted with Diane's care. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
