Michael T. “Mikey” Bullock, age 61, of Celina, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on August 29, 1965, in Celina, to the late Robert T. and Patricia Ann (Jacobs) Bullock Jr.
Mikey is survived by his children, Brittany McKinney of Celina, Brooke (Xavis Billington) Bullock of Georgia, Brant (Erika) Bullock of Wapakoneta, and Olivia Bullock of Fort Wayne, Indiana; ten grandchildren; and his siblings, Tom (Anne) Schaffer of St. Marys, Kevin (Judy) Bullock of Montezuma, Scott (Shelly) Bullock of Coldwater, Kellie (Bob) Black of Findlay, and Chrissy Bullock of Cridersville. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mikey was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Brendan S. McKinney; and his brother, Eric Matthew Bullock.
Mikey was a 1983 graduate of Shawnee High School in Lima, Ohio. Throughout his working years, he was employed at New Idea in Coldwater, B & B House of Carpet in Celina, and various other places. A skilled carpenter, Mikey took pride in working with his hands and the craftsmanship that went into his work.
He was also a member of the Celina Moose Lodge.
Above all, Mikey loved his family, and his grandchildren held an especially important place in his heart. He treasured the time they spent together and was happiest when surrounded by those he loved.
Mikey was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting, and spending time on Grand Lake. He also enjoyed playing softball and simply gathering with family and friends. Whether he was on the lake, outdoors searching for mushrooms, or spending time with his children and grandchildren, Mikey appreciated the simple things in life and the memories made with the people closest to him.
Mikey will be remembered for his love of family, his hardworking nature, his craftsmanship, and the many good times shared with those fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Randall McKinney officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
