Ricky E. Barney, age 70, of St. Marys, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Grade Lake Heath Care Center in St. Marys. He was born in Dayton on April 25, 1954 to the late Robert E. and Dorothy H. (Betty) Barney.
Survivors include two sisters, Cindy Barney, Riverside, Ohio and Kim Barney, St. Marys; and several nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Barney Jr. and Greg Barney.
Ricky enjoyed being outside and doing lawn work and he loved animals especially pet cat Smokey.
Private service will be held at the convenience of the Barney Family.
Memorial Contributions can be made to Cancer Association of Mercer County.
