Susan D. Wilt, 77, of Celina, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on August 11, 1948, in Trenton, New Jersey, to the late Virgil and Helen (Mayer) Hendrickson. On August 17, 1970, she married Al “Big Al” Wilt, who preceded her in death on May 9, 2024.

Susan is lovingly remembered by her children: Yvonne (Jeb) Elsasser of Kenton, Missy (Doug) Ayers of St. Marys, and Allie Shreve of Mount Victory; her cherished grandchildren, Megan (Devin) Fraser, Austin (Shaina) Elsasser, Makenzie and Emily Ayers, and Kylie and Jayden Shreve; her great-grandson, Jaxon Fraser; and her sister, Connie (Jeff) Biddinger of Kenton.

A proud 1966 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School, Susan spent many years working before retiring. In retirement, she continued serving others as a part-time apartment manager in Celina.

Susan and Big Al shared a love for camping and spent many years serving as camp hosts at various campgrounds. She also enjoyed crafting, traveling with her sister, and, most of all, spending precious time with her family and friends.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the Wilt family.

Memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s memory to Cancer Association of Mercer County or Grand Lake VIP Association.
